ACT1 in ACTION is more than a byline at ACT1. A proud Northern Virginia-based company with personnel working on behalf of our customers nationwide, we take action and remain committed to causes and organizations important to our company and our employees.

Professionally, ACT1 executives participate across a variety of professional organizations committed to a thriving economy and industry, including membership and Board leadership positions with the Northern Virginia Chamber of Commerce, Professional Services Council, National Defense Industrial Association, Small and Emerging Contractors Advisory Forum, Ronald Reagan Institute’s National Leadership Council, and the Cyber Bytes Foundation.

As proud corporate citizens, ACT1 also proudly contributes to and volunteers with organizations across the National Capital Region, including the Coast Guard Foundation, Urban Alliance, Wreaths Across America, Greater Washington Heart Walk, Air Force Aid Society, and American Australian Association’s Bushfire Fund.

Guided by our commitment to the communities where we live and work, ACT1 made a series of charitable contributions to organizations across country in response to COVID-19. At ACT1, employees come first. For these charitable efforts, that meant ACT1 employees recommending organizations in their communities across the nation. Contributions were made on behalf of the ACT1 workforce in six communities nationwide with ACT1 operating locations to directly assist community needs. ACT1 also delivered meals from Virginia restaurants to the Arlington County Fire Department and Virginia Hospital Center to show appreciation for the committed efforts of healthcare professionals and first responders throughout the COVID-19 response.  Employees across our workforce also volunteered to produce masks for employees and first responders.
